- Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be requested at +52 6461516515 via WhatsApp or by calling at least 72 hours prior to arrival or start date of services.
- In the event that cancellation does not occur 72 hours before the start of your experience, there will be no refund of the payment made.
- If you do not notify any change 24 hours before the beginning of your reservation, there will be a charge for administrative expenses of 15% of the total value of the services contracted.
- There will be no refund of any kind in case of no-show.
- There is no tolerance time, visitors must arrive 10 minutes before the reserved time.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person who presents conditions that may be hazardous to their safety, the safety of the venue or the safety of the group, in such cases access will be denied and no refund will be given.
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to force majeure.
- In the event that it is necessary to suspend or cancel the activity due to weather conditions, natural disasters, actions of the authorities, acts of terrorism, any cause not attributable to the company, there will be no refund and the activity will be rescheduled to another date, or another similar activity will be assigned whenever possible. The reservation may be valid for future dates with a maximum validity of 6 months from the date applied in the reservation. The amount not used by the client (if any) will be credited to the client's future visit.
