HOTEL RESERVATIONS: EL CIELO WINERY & RESORT
- Any change or cancellation to your reservation must be requested to +52 6461516515 via WhatsApp or call at least 72 hours prior to the date of your reservation for entry to the Hotel.
- In case the cancellation does not take place 72 hours before midday of the booked arrival date, there will be no refund of the payment made.
- If you do not notify any changes 24 hours before the start of your reservation, a 15% administration fee will be charged on the total value of the reservation.
- There will be no refund of any kind in the event that the client does not show up on the scheduled check-in day of the reservation. Failure to call or check out prior to departure time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person who presents conditions that may be a risk to their personal safety, or the security of the hotel, in such cases access will be denied and no refund will be given.
- We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to "Force Majeure".
- In case it is necessary to suspend or cancel the reservation due to natural disasters, actions of the authorities, acts of terrorism, any cause not attributable to the company, there will be no refund and the reservation will be rescheduled to another date. The reservation may be valid for future dates with a maximum validity of 12 months from the date applied in the reservation.
