Hotel Cancellation Policies

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: EL CIELO WINERY & RESORT

1. Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be requested by calling +52 6461516515 via WhatsApp or phone at least 72 hours in advance of the date of your reservation to enter the Hotel.
2. In the event that cancellation does not occur 72 hours before noon of the reserved check-in date, there will be no refund of the payment made.
3. If you do not notify any changes 24 hours before the start of your reservation, administrative fees of 15% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.
4. There will be no refund of any kind if the guest does not show up on the scheduled check-in day of the reservation. Failure to call or show up before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
5. We reserve the right to admit any person who presents conditions that may be risky for their personal safety, or the security of the hotel, in such cases access will be denied and there will be no refund.
6. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to "Force Majeure".
7. In the event that it is necessary to suspend or cancel the reservation due to natural disasters, actions of authorities, acts of terrorism, or any cause not attributable to the company, there will be no refund and the reservation will be rescheduled for another date. The reservation may be valid for future dates with a maximum validity of 12 months from the date applied in the reservation.
