RESERVATIONS FOR EXPERIENCES
- Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be requested by calling +52 6461516515 via WhatsApp or phone at least 72 hours in advance of the arrival date or start of services.
- In case the cancellation does not occur 72 hours before the start of your experience, there will be no refund of the payment made.
- If you do not notify any changes 24 hours before the start of your reservation, administrative fees of 15% of the total value of the contracted services will be charged.
- There will be no refund of any kind in the event of a no-show.
- There is no grace period, visitors must arrive 10 minutes before the reserved time.
- We reserve the right to admit any person who presents conditions that may be risky for their safety, the safety of the place or the group. In such cases, access will be denied and there will be no refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to force majeure.
- In the event that it is necessary to suspend or cancel the activity due to weather conditions, natural disasters, actions of authorities, acts of terrorism, or any cause not attributable to the company, there will be no refund and the activity will be rescheduled for another date, or another similar activity will be assigned whenever possible. The reservation may be valid for future dates with a maximum validity of 6 months from the date applied in the reservation. The amount not used by the client (if any) will be credited to their future visit.
