G&G is a project born from the vision of Sommelier Gina Estrada and Gustavo Ortega, General Manager of De El Cielo, who combine their experience and love for Mexican wine to create a new proposal to delight the most demanding palates.
VARIETALS: 95% Sangiovese and 5% Moscato of Canelli

It has a beautiful rosewood color with a coppery hue; clean and bright.
Nose:
Fragrant aromas of Lemon Grass, citrus, especially grapefruit and sour lime with perfumed notes of peaches, strawberries and white flowers.
Mouth:
It is fresh, balanced, dry and with a pleasant medium persistence in the mouth.
Pairing:
It is ideal for mildly spicy Mexican food, chiles en nogada, cochinita pibil, lobster and red fruit tarts.
