TASTING NOTE
Appearance: It presents a beautiful plum red color with transition edging, medium-high color intensity, clean and bright.
Nose: Great aromatic expression with notes of cherries, plums, currants and strawberries that assemble with notes of wet earth, coconut, coffee, caramel and pleasant aromas of menthol, black truffle and hibiscus flower.
Taste: Medium-high intensity, great balance between alcohol, acidity and medium body.
Food Pairing: It harmonizes perfectly with meat cuts, stews, spicy Mexican food, Spanish charcuterie and mature cheeses.
It is recommended to transfer 30 minutes before consumption.

TASTING NOTE
View: It has a cherry red colour with a transition edge and a medium-high layer.
Nose: There are aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, blackberry, fig, chocolate, roasted coffee, dulce de leche, hazelnut, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Taste: It has a medium high attack and excellent tannin in tune with the other components and with a long aftertaste.
Pairing: Meat cuts, stews, spicy Mexican food, Spanish charcuterie and mature cheeses.
