Sirius 2017

Direct from the El Cielo Winery in Valle de Guadalupe, Sirius 2017 is an unforgettable red wine on the palate. When tasted, it expresses a prolonged balance between its aromatic traits, the acidity and freshness of the grape and its alcohol level of 13.9%; elements that have earned it 94 points in DECANTER magazine's tasting in its event Nebbiolos of the world.

From specially selected Nebbiolo grapes, Sirius, named after the brightest star in the sky, is characterized by a cherry red color and varied aromas such as blackberry, figs, marzipan, nutmeg, chocolate, licorice and tobacco.

Its recommended aging time is 10 years. It is also recommended that if it is served at the table, it should be poured 30 minutes before tasting and accompanied by a selection of mature cheeses, fine cuts of meat and richly spiced dishes.

G&G Gran Reserva Malbec

The Concours Mondial de Bruxelles is an international competition held annually in four venues, one for each category: white and red wines, sparkling wines, rosé wines and sweet and fortified wines.

Thanks to the experience of its more than 300 evaluators, this competition has positioned itself as one of the decisive elements to identify the creative quality of a red wine. An example of this is the last edition where Vinos El Cielo was awarded a Gold Medal for G&G Gran Reserva Malbec .

With 20 months in French oak barrels, this wine presents fruity notes of cherries and currants on the nose along with more singular aromas of tobacco, chocolate and pepper that carry through to the tasting process, offering the diner the experience of balanced acidity.

To accompany the bright cherry-red appearance of G&G Gran Reserva Malbec, we recommend pairing it with fine cuts of wood-fired meat. Remember that to notice all its qualities it is important to uncork it precisely one hour before.

Galileo 2019

Another of the wines awarded by the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2023 was the 2019 Galileo tempranillo from El Cielo winery in Valle de Guadalupe, with an alcohol level of 13.6% and 12 months of barrel aging.

This wine from the Astrónomos line presents notes of cherry, black truffle and cinnamon entwined with floral elements and subtle vanilla aromas. It is ideal for pairing with mole poblano, grilled meats and semi-mature cheeses.

Aristotle 2020

Aristoteles 2020 uses a grape variety known as Pinot Noir, which gives it its characteristic red color of medium-low robe with shades of brick-red hues. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which gives it elegance both on the nose and on the palate.

Winner of the Silver Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2023, this red wine offers aromas of cherries, strawberries, blackberries and roasted coffee. Aristotle 2020 is the best accompaniment for pasta, pork or salmon with medium seasoning. It is a wine with extraordinary balance on the palate.

Copernicus 2019

The wine Copernicus designed at the El Cielo winery is a combination of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, which has given it its internationally renowned aroma and flavor, as it is the base of the Bordeaux blend.

This wine, perfect for enhancing the flavors of beef and duck, displays an intense cherry red color and subtle aromas of red fruits, nutmeg, and pepper, along with floral notes.

It has won medals in national and international competitions and is one of our customers' favorites.
