G&G is a project born from the vision of Sommelier Gina Estrada and Gustavo Ortega, General Manager of El Cielo, who combine their experience and love for Mexican wine to create a new proposal to delight the most demanding palates. G&G by Ginasommelier Sauvignon Blanc 80% of the wine was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and 20% was aged for 12 months in a French oak foudre.
