The North Star is located near the axis of rotation of the planet Earth. It is located in the constellation of the Lesser Bear, which can be seen from the northern hemisphere. It is the star that for centuries has guided the course of navigators and explorers.
Grapes: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot and 10% Malbec .
Alcohol: Alc. Vol: 13.9%

Aging: 24 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTE
Appearance: It presents a beautiful cherry red color with nuance in transition is a clean and bright wine with medium-high layer.
Nose: It is possessed of aromas of red and black fruits such as black cherries, currants, raspberries and blackberries with hints of graphite, leafiness and spices such as cinnamon, pepper that complement the nose with delicate earthy and leather notes derived from its stay in fine woods for 24 months.
Palate: Balance between alcohol, acidity and body with firm and pleasant tannins.
Food pairing: Fine and spicy grilled cuts, semi-matured cheeses, stews, game meats such as quail, duck and venison.
