Red like the planet Mars, this wine was inspired by the German astronomer and his observations of the orbit of our neighbouring planet.
Grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Alcohol: 13.3 %
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.

Appearance: Beautiful cherry red color with transitional nuances.
Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruit, flowers, black pepper.
Taste: Medium body, with firm tannins that are balanced with good acidity and present alcohol.
Pairing: Goes well with stews, spicy pastas, fatty roasts.
It is recommended to consume at a temperature of 16 °C.
