Lyra is a constellation in the summer sky. It represents the harp played by the mythical Greek musician Orpheus. After his death, his lyre was placed in the heavens by Zeus.
Varietals: 50% Pinot Noir - 50% Chardonnay.
Traditional method.
Aging: 36 months of rest on its lees.
Alcohol: 12%.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: It has a beautiful rosewood color with salmon-colored highlights and fine, continuous bubbles.
Nose: Fragrant aromas of peach, cherry, apple, fresh white flowers and pastries derived from its prolonged second fermentation in the bottle.
Palate: A very elegant wine with a medium body, firm and fresh acidity and a long aftertaste.
Pairing: Perfect to pair with salmon, tuna, tartare, lobster, Mexican cuisine in general, citrus-based desserts and fresh red fruits.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10 ºC.
Storage time under optimal conditions: 8 years.
