Edmund Halley, English astronomer, mathematician and physicist of the mid-17th century, known for calculating the orbit of the comet that bears his name.
100% Chardonnay.
Without barrel aging.

TASTING NOTES: 
It has a light yellow color with greenish highlights. 
Aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and banana, citrus fruits such as lime and Meyer lemon with notes of yellow apple, green pear and a marked perfumed presence of white flowers such as daisies stand out. 
It is fresh, balanced and with a pleasant persistence. 
It is an excellent appetizer or ideal to enjoy with fresh fish and seafood, white meats, light cheeses and lightly seasoned pastas. 
Serving temperature: 8 to 10 °C.
