More than a hundred different crus are used to compose the Piper Heidsieck Cuvée Brut.
The Piper-Heidsieck composition is made up of:
50-55% Pinot Noir,
30-35% Pinot Meunier,
15-20% Chardonnay
10-20% reserve wines.
