This sophisticated wine is dedicated to the Polish astronomer who during the Renaissance developed the theory that the Sun is the centre of the Solar System.

Alcohol: 13.4 % 
Serving Temperature: 16 °C
Breeding: 12 months in French oak barrels.

  • TASTING NOTES

Appearance: It has a beautiful plum red color with cherry nuances and a medium-high layer. It is a clean and bright wine.

On the nose: Fine aromas of fruits such as black cherries, currants and blueberries are perceived. It presents notes of wet earth, pepper, flowers, chocolate, toffee, vanilla and nutmeg.

On the palate: It has a very good balance and a pleasant finish with a medium aftertaste.

Pairing: Fine cuts of beef, pork chop, beef stew, duck and Manchego cheese. Ideal with dishes rich in sauces and spices.

Service: 16ºC

Storage time in optimal conditions 6 years.
