Grape: Zinfandel.
Breeding: 24 months in new American oak barrels and 16 months in bottle.
Alcohol: 13.8 %
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: It shows a bright cherry red color with a violet hue and a medium-high color intensity.
Nose: It has aromas of fruits such as cherries, plums, blackberries and notes such as cinnamon, nutmeg, wet earth, coconut, chocolate and coffee.
Taste: It has a medium-high attack, present tannins, acidity and alcohol in balance with a prolonged aftertaste.
Pairing: Goes well with duck, marbled meats, beef stews, black mole, fig pie and chocolate desserts.
Decanter or uncork 30 minutes before enjoying.
Serving temperature: 18 to 20 ºC
