Shipping policy update.

We are writing to inform you about an important update to our shipping policy.
Despite inflationary pressures generated mainly by the 20% increase in the minimum wage, fuel costs and additional changes to laws in Mexico, at El Cielo we have kept our prices almost unchanged. However, increases in transportation and packaging costs force us to make an adjustment in our courier service policies.
Starting August 1, 2024, shipping of wines and selected products in our store will be free of charge for purchases of $2,500 pesos or more. For purchases under this amount, a charge of $500 pesos will be applied for this concept.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and loyalty in these challenging times. We greatly value your preference and trust in our products and services, and look forward to continuing to count on you as our valued customer.
