TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 10% DISCOUNT ON CONSUMPTION
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use and application of the 10% discount on consumption when submitting this page and belonging to the "El Cielo Wine Club" ("The Club") until December 31, 2023 ("Effective Period"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the discount.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the 10% discount, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be an active and registered member of "El Cielo Wine Club".
- Present the QR code or this page in printed or digital format at the time of purchase or consume at the "Latitud 32" and "Polaris" restaurants of El Cielo Wine Club during the Validity Period.
2. 10% discount
Once you have met the eligibility requirements listed in Section 1, you will be eligible for a 10% discount on total consumption at El Cielo Wine Club's "Latitud 32" and "Polaris" restaurants. This discount will be applied before taxes and gratuities. It does not apply to the purchase of takeout products or wines.
3. Use of the Discount
The discount can only be used once per visit to the restaurants "Latitud 32" and "Polaris" of El Cielo Wine Club during the Validity Period. It cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions.
4. Maturity
This discount is valid only within El Cielo Wine Club's "Latitud 32" and "Polaris" restaurants until December 31, 2023. After this date, discounts will not be applicable and cannot be redeemed.
5. Reservation of Rights
El Cielo Wine Club reserves the right to modify or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any modification will become effective as soon as it is published on the official website of El Cielo Wine Club.
6. Fraudulent Use
Fraudulent use of this discount, including submitting false information or abusing it, will result in immediate cancellation of the discount and may lead to legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
El Cielo Wine Club is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur as a result of the use or inability to use this discount.
8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using this discount, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and El Cielo Wine Club regarding the 10% discount on consumption at the restaurants "Latitud 32" and "Polaris".
