TASTING NOTES: 
It has a light yellow color with greenish highlights. 
It has a pleasant fruity character with aromas of guava, lime, lemon and grapefruit, as well as notes of white flowers. 
It has a medium attack where citrus notes predominate. It presents a great balance between its components and a medium-long finish.
It pairs well with fresh seafood, light cheeses, ceviches, salads and desserts made with guava and passion fruit. 
Serving Temperature: 8 to 10 ºC.
