Nose: Fruity character in which cherries, blackberries, currants, strawberries and raspberries predominate with notes of violets that blend with balsamic aromas, leather, roasted coffee and black truffle.
Taste: Medium attack, present acidity, polished tannins that are balanced with a pleasant presence of alcohol and a medium aftertaste.
Pairing: Rock Cornish, roast pork, seared tuna, grilled salmon and pasta with medium-intensity sauces.
