Orion is one of the largest and brightest constellations. It is visible all night long in winter. It represents the hunter from Greek mythology.
Grapes: 75% Tempranillo, 20% Grenache and 5% Merlot.
Alcohol: 13.2 %
Serving Temperature: 18 °C
Aging: 24 months in new American and French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Beautiful plum red color with a transitional edge, medium-high color intensity, clean and bright.
Nose: Great aromatic expression with notes of cherries, plums, currants and strawberries that blend with notes of wet earth, coconut, coffee, caramel and pleasant aromas of menthol, black truffle and hibiscus flower.
Taste: It has a medium-high intensity, great balance between alcohol, acidity and medium body.
Pairing: Pairs perfectly with cuts of meat, stews, spicy Mexican food, Spanish charcuterie and aged cheeses.
It is recommended to decant 30 minutes before enjoying.
