It is a guided tasting experience of 4 El Cielo labels paired with 4 cheeses.
- G&G by Ginasommelier Blanc de Blanc 2021 White Wine, Sauvignon Blanc paired with Goat Cheese with Pistachio.
- G&G by Ginasommelier Rosé 2023 Rose Wine , Sangiovese, Grenache and Moscato Di Canelli paired with Goat Cheese with Olive Oil.
- G&G by Ginasommelier Reserva Especial 2021 Red Wine, Tempranillo, Grenache and Malbec paired with Goat Cheese aged for 3 months with pepper.
G&G by Ginasommelier Gran Reserva Malbec 2021 Red Wine, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc paired with Junipero Sheep Cheese aged for 9 months.
2 Ounces of each wine.
Available from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with reservations every half hour.
