It consists of a Tour of our Underground Cellar , where a Certified Sommelier takes you through the areas of Fermentation Tanks, Barrels and ending the tour in the Underground Cellar area where it begins with the guided tasting of 5 labels of El Cielo
-Cassiopea White Wine, Sauvignon Blanc.
-Capricornius White Wine , Chardonnay
-Orion Red Wine , a blend of Tempranillo, Grenache and Merlot.
-Perseus Red Wine , a blend of Nebbiolo and Sangiovese
- Centaurus Red Wine , Malbec.
*2 ounces of each wine.

It consists of a tour of our Underground Cellar , where a Certified Sommelier takes you through the areas of Fermentation Tanks, Barrels and ending the tour in the Underground Cellar area where it begins with the tasting of 5 labels of El Cielo wine:
-Capricornius White Wine, Chardonnay.
-G&G Sparkling Wine By Ginasommelier Blanc de Blancs , Chardonnay traditional Brut method.
- Procyon Red Wine, Syrah.
- Polaris Red Wine , Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec.
They include:
- Glass of Wine,
- 2 ounces of each wine.
- Duration of 45 minutes.
Tasting Area: WINE CLUB LOUNGE or UNDERGROUND CELLAR
Available from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with departures every hour.

Minors are not allowed in the Cava or tasting areas, so they will not be allowed in even if they are accompanied by an adult.
Food and drinks are not allowed, our spaces are 100% tobacco-free areas. Limited capacity.
It is forbidden to climb on the barrels, as well as to walk in the area between barrels, and it is forbidden to be in areas not authorized by the guide.
Once your reservation and payment are complete, you will receive a confirmation email of your reservation, which we will ask for in order to guarantee your access to our facilities.
