Caipirinha Red Wine 2020
This is a wine that we made especially for the restaurant chain of the same name in Mexico City. Its owners placed their trust in us and it is a project that has been consolidating itself. Caipirinha 2014 won Grand Gold at the Mexico Selection and Caipirinha 2016 won Grand Gold and World Revelation in Red Wines 2019 at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles held in Aigle, Switzerland.
Grapes: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, 3% Nebbiolo, 2% Malbec
Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels.
Alcohol: 13 %
Serving Temperature: 16 -18 °C
TASTING NOTES:
In view: It has a beautiful intense ruby red color and is a clean and bright wine.
On the nose: It has aromas of gardenias, red and black fruits such as cherries, currants, raspberries, maraschinos and blueberries with notes of wood, wet earth and spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.
On the palate: It has a medium-high attack, medium acidity, firm tannins and balanced alcohol with a pleasant long finish.
Pairing: Fine grilled cuts such as picanha, rib eye, pasta with spicy sauces, semi-aged cheeses.
Storage time in optimal conditions: 6 to 8 years
It is recommended to uncork or decant half an hour before enjoying it.
