Sirius is the brightest star in the night sky. It is the principal star of the constellation Canis Major.
Grapes: Careful manual selection in small vats from the best plots, 100% Nebbiolo.
Alcohol: Vol: 13.5 %
Aging: 24 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: It has a deep cherry red color with an intense cherry hue. It is a clean and bright wine.
Nose: It has fruity aromas of cherries, currants, figs, raspberries and blackberries with notes of roses, graphite and fallen leaves that complement the tobacco, fine woods and chocolate typical of its time in the barrel.
Palate: It has a high attack, present alcohol, fresh acidity and marked tannins with a long aftertaste.
Pairing: Structured and sophisticated dishes such as game meats, Oaxacan mole, beef stews, ossobuco, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses and desserts based on semi-sweet chocolate.
Serving Temperature: 16° to 18°C
