Centaurus is the constellation that represents the half-man, half-horse creature in Greek mythology. It is the constellation where Alpha Centauri is located, the closest star system to the Sun.
Grapes: 80% Malbec, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot
Aging: 24 months in new French oak barrels.
Alcohol: 13.4 %
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: It has a beautiful intense cherry red color with a fuchsia hue, it is a clean and bright wine.
Nose: It has aromas of violets and fruits such as currant and cherry that are accompanied by notes of wet earth, tobacco leaves, nuts, chocolate and cinnamon.
Taste: It has a medium-high attack, medium acidity, firm tannins and balanced alcohol with a pleasant long finish.
Pairing: Pairs perfectly with grilled dishes, spicy Italian food, risotto with mushrooms, semi-aged cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 16 °C
Storage time in optimal conditions 8 years.
