G&G is a project born from the vision of Gina Estrada and Gustavo Ortega who combine their experience and love for Mexican wine to create a new proposal and delight the most demanding palates.

Varietals: 75% Tempranillo, 18% Grenache, 7% Malbec.

24 months in American and French oak barrels.

Vol Alc: 13.6 %

Tasting Note:
Appearance: It has a beautiful cherry color with a violet hue, deep layer, clean and bright with medium-high apparent density.

Nose: Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, red fruit, blueberries, blackberries, coconut, chocolate, black fruit, pepper, dried flowers, pine, undergrowth, butter, nutmeg.

Taste: Excellent balance between alcohol, acidity and astringency, medium-high attack and a very pleasant long aftertaste.

Pairing: Goes well with chateaubriand, roast pork leg, lamb ribs, fine cuts, duck, pheasant, venison pipián, risotto with black truffle.

It is recommended to consume at a temperature of 18 ºC.

It is recommended to uncork 30 minutes before consumption.
