G&G By Ginasommelier Gran Reserva Malbec is a project born from our vision, experience and love for Mexican wine to create a new proposal vinified by winemaker Jesús Rivera at Vinícola El Cielo.

It has been created as a tribute to our parents, both named Jorge, who in life were great lovers of wine and good gastronomy; it was carefully prepared and assembled in a limited edition for the most demanding palates and reflects our passion for wine.

Varietals: 80% Malbec, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc.

24 months of aging in new French oak barrels.

Alcohol: 13.9 %

TASTING NOTES:

In appearance it presents an attractive deep plum red color with violet tones, it is a clean and bright wine.

The nose is extremely elegant, with notes of ripe red and black fruits such as strawberries, cherries, currants, blackberries, cassis, fine aromas of tobacco, wet earth, chocolate, coffee, caramel, vanilla, spices such as pepper and cinnamon with a pleasant floral finish provided by the varietal.

In the mouth it has a high attack, a high astringency that blends perfectly with a balanced acidity, it has a present alcohol and a prolonged aftertaste.

PAIRING: Pairs excellently with wood-roasted cuts, game meat, spiced pastas, moles and aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 18 - 20 °C

It is recommended to decant or uncork one hour before enjoying it.

Storage time: 8-10 years.
