It is the star that has guided the course of sailors and explorers for centuries.
Grapes: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot and 10% Malbec.
Alcohol: Vol: 13.7 %
Aging: 24 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES
View: It has a beautiful cherry red color with a transitional hue. It is a clean and bright wine with a medium-high layer.
Nose: It has aromas of red and black fruits such as black cherries, currants, raspberries and blackberries with hints of graphite, fallen leaves and spices such as cinnamon and pepper that complement the nose with delicate earthy and leather notes derived from its stay in fine woods for 24 months.
Palate: Balance between alcohol, acidity and body with firm and pleasant tannins.
Pairing: Fine and spiced grilled cuts, semi-aged cheeses, stews, game meats such as quail, duck and venison.
Serving temperature: 16 to 18 °C.
It is suggested to uncork or decant 30 minutes before enjoying.
Storage time: drink now or store for up to 10 years in optimal conditions.
