Perseus Red Wine 2018
The constellation Perseus represents the mythological hero who rescued Andromeda from the sea monster Cetus. With one hand he raises a diamond sword and with the other he displays the head of Medusa.
Grapes: 70% Nebbiolo, 30% Sangiovese.
Alcohol: 13.6 %
Breeding: 24 months in new French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: It has an intense plum red color with a transitional hue.
Nose: It has notes of wet earth, leather, red and black fruits such as cassis, cherry, currant, pomegranate and tobacco aromas.
Taste: It confirms its fruity and spicy character. It is a wine with great structure, round with polished tannins and a long aftertaste.
Pairing: Mole poblano, ossobuco, meat stews, spiced pastas, risotto with black truffle and desserts based on semi-sweet chocolate.
Serving Temperature: Recommended to be consumed at 18ºC.
Storage time in optimal conditions 8 years.
It is recommended to decant or uncork 30 minutes before enjoying.
