Capricorn is one of the zodiac constellations visible in the autumn sky. It represents a sea goat, half goat and half fish. It is related to the cornucopia and the good things in life… and to them we must toast.
Grapes: Chardonnay.
Alcohol: 12 %
Serving Temperature: 10 to 12 °C
Breeding: 6 months in French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: It has a beautiful light golden yellow color with greenish highlights; it is clean and bright.
Nose: Aromas of pineapple, citrus, banana, white flowers and butter. Thanks to its time in the barrel, it presents elegant aromas of vanilla and roasted coffee.
Taste: It has a medium attack, excellent balance between smoothness, acidity and alcohol with a long permanence on the palate.
Pairing: Pairs perfectly with fatty fish, pasta with butter, goat cheese, poultry and achiote-based dishes.
It is recommended to consume at a temperature of 10 to 12 ºC.
