Itinerary:

	The Sky Resort
🍽️	9:00 am	Breakfast at Polaris Restaurant located at El Cielo Resort
	El Cielo Winery
🦅	11:00 am	Get to know our Harris's Hawks up close.
🍇	11:30 am	Tour of the vineyard, cutting and treading of grapes.
🍾	1:00 pm	Tour of the sparkling wine area, tanks and wine tasting from barrels.
🍽️	2:00 pm	4-course Baja-Yucatan pairing meal at Latitud 32 Restaurant.
🍫	4:00 pm	Wine tasting with chocolates.
