Sirius 2017

Straight from the El Cielo winery in Valle de Guadalupe, Sirius 2017 is an unforgettable red wine for the palate of those who taste it. When tasted, it expresses a prolonged balance between its aromatic features, the acidity and freshness of the grape and its alcohol level of 13.9%; elements that have earned it 94 points in the DECANTER magazine tasting at its Nebbiolos of the world event .

Made from specially selected Nebbiolo grapes , Sirius, named after the brightest star in the sky, is characterized by a cherry red color and varied aromas such as blackberry, figs, marzipan, nutmeg, chocolate, licorice and tobacco.

Its recommended storage time is 10 years. It is also recommended that if it is served on the table, it should be decanted 30 minutes before tasting and accompanied with a selection of mature cheeses, fine cuts of meat and richly spiced dishes.

G&G Gran Reserva Malbec

The Concours Mondial de Bruxelles is an international competition held annually in four venues, one for each category: White and Red Wines, Sparkling Wines, Rosé Wines and Sweet and Fortified Wines.

Thanks to the experience of its more than 300 evaluators, this competition has positioned itself as one of the decisive elements for identifying the creative quality of a red wine. An example of this is the latest edition in which Vinos El Cielo was awarded a Gold Medal for G&G Gran Reserva Malbec .

Aged 20 months in French oak barrels, this wine presents fruity notes on the nose such as cherries and currants along with more unique aromas of tobacco, chocolate and pepper that extend into the tasting process, offering the diner the experience of balanced acidity.

To accompany the bright cherry red appearance of the G&G Gran Reserva Malbec wine , we recommend that you pair it with fine cuts of meat cooked over a wood fire. Remember that to notice all its qualities, it is important to uncork it exactly one hour beforehand.

Galileo 2019

Another of the wines awarded by the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2023 was the Galileo 2019 Tempranillo from the El Cielo winery in Valle de Guadalupe , with an alcohol level of 13.6% and 12 months of aging in barrels.

This wine from the Astronomos line presents notes of cherry, black truffle and cinnamon linked with floral elements and subtle vanilla aromas. It is ideal to pair with mole poblano, grilled cuts of meat and semi-aged cheeses.

Aristotle 2020

Aristóteles 2020 uses a grape variety known as Pinot Noir , which gives it its characteristic medium-low red color with brick-red hues. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which gives it elegance both on the nose and on the palate.

Winner of the Silver Medal at the 2023 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles , this red wine offers aromas such as cherries, strawberries, blackberries and roasted coffee. Aristóteles 2020 is the best accompaniment to pasta, pork or salmon with medium seasoning. It is a wine with an extraordinary balance on the palate.

Copernicus 2019

The Copernicus wine designed at the El Cielo winery is a combination of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot , which has given it that internationally renowned aroma and flavor, as it is the basis of the Bordeaux blend.

In view of this wine, perfect for enhancing the flavors of beef and duck, it exhibits an intense cherry red color and allows subtle aromas of red fruits, nutmeg, and pepper to be perceived around floral notes.

It has won medals in national and international competitions and is one of our customers' favorites.

Each of these wines stands out for its versatility of flavours and richness of aroma. Which one would you like to taste first? We would love to read your comments. If you are looking for more information about the properties of wines, do not hesitate to visit our blog.
